Psiphon Handler is now down with Reverse host it was probably working when i posted these ips, Psiphon Handler is no more working with Real Host including all the host servers on the application as i checked it now. Please everyone should use it without ip and port and real host till this issue is resolved thanks.

In order to make these ips work on psiphon handler please change your Psiphon Handler From real Host to reverse host and it should start to browse, working on simple server now.
Guys Check Out this video on how to set up your Psiphon Handler and how am using mine that i usually bypass the speed throttling, and thanks to my kid sister who did the video cause I've lost my voice to cold. Watch the video and configure yours but if you want use ip and port.
If you use ucbrowser you will not see the video instead a lot of empty spaces as ucweb hides many things on a Web page.
