Make sure you set your Moblie settings as: 

Apn: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net

IP:  127.0.0.1 OR Blank

Port: 8080

Now open any of your Psiphon handler and set it as shown in the images below

Note: It take upto 60second before it shows connected
